Seth Markman

Senior Coordinating Producer, Studio Production

Seth Markman is a senior coordinating producer in the studio production department, overseeing ESPN’s NFL studio shows including Monday Night Countdown and NFL Live.

Markman joined ESPN in June 1993 and started as a production assistant (1993-1995), and was promoted to associate producer (1995 – 1996), highlight supervisor (1996-1998), producer (1998-2002) and coordinating producer (2002-2007), until his recent promotion in summer, 2007. Today, Markman oversees every aspect of the planning, preparation and presentation of Monday Night Countdown and NFL Live and works directly with the on-air personalities, as well as field and feature reporters.

A native of Hightstown, N.J., Markman is a graduate of Syracuse University, where he earned a bachelor of arts in broadcast journalism and history in 1993.
