In an exclusive interview, former Toledo running back Harvey "Scooter" McDougle Jr., who is currently under federal indictment, discusses charges against six former Toledo football and basketball players, and two Detroit area businessmen, for conspiracy to commit sports bribery. The 20-count indictment charges that businessmen Ghazi "Gary" Manni and Mitchell Karam paid money and gave gifts to athletes in exchange for shaving points and manipulating the score of Toledo football and basketball games. Through wiretaps of Manni's phone, investigators taped conversations between Manni several athletes, including McDougle. Wendy Nix reports. John Barr hosts.

“I'd rather not answer that question.” -- Harvey "Scooter" McDougle Jr., when asked if he received any kind of financial benefit or gifts by knowing Ghazi "Gary" Manni

”It was really in the beginning of the 2005 season that we noticed the Toledo football team, in particular, was drawing an unusual amount of betting action. We had some people coming in asking how much can we bet on Temple? How much can we bet on Fresno State? Not on Toledo, but on the teams that Toledo was playing." -- Bob Scucci, former Sports Book Director at the Stardust Hotel in Las Vegas in 2005

“I was hurt, because the last couple of games that I played for Toledo I gave my all. I rushed over 150 yards each game, tore my knee up. To say I point shaved or conspired to point shave is just, it hurt me because it didn't happen.” – McDougle Jr., on his thoughts when was connected to the point-shaving allegations

Carl Edwards' #99 NASCAR Sprint Cup car will have a dynamic new look at this Sunday's Atlanta 500 thanks to 13-year-old Jodi Lawrence, who won a "Color Carl's Car" contest at the AFLAC Cancer Center with a dazzling entry. For this Greensboro, Ga. 8th grader, it's just the latest achievement in a life that's seen her win two spelling bees and excel on her school's sports teams, all while dealing with enormous personal challenges. Orphaned at age 10 and battling cancer, Jodi's spirit remains indomitable. "I've been through too much to be weak now," she tells ESPN’s Chris Connelly. "Whatever doesn't kill me is going to make me stronger." She can't wait to see the car for herself: "Then I can brag about it... and hopefully Carl Edwards will win in it."
