Arne Rees

Vice President, International Development

Arne Rees oversees ESPN’s international business development and also runs the international broadband and wireless business.

Working out of ESPN’s offices in New York City, Rees is responsible for strategic planning and development spanning five continents.

Prior to joining ESPN in 2006, Rees spent five years as the head of strategy and business development for UEFA in Nyon, Switzerland. He garnered additional experience during stints at UBS Capital as an investment consultant and as the director of business development for I-D Media.

A native of Heide, Germany, Rees holds a law degree from the University of Passau, a M.A.L.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a masters of business administration from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chausess, Paris, France. He is fluent in English and German.
