Highlights

The AFL Central Division leader Chicago Rush (8-2) will host the Los Angeles Avengers Monday, May 19, at 8 p.m. ET.  Play-by-play commentator Bob Wischusen and analyst Ray Bentley will call the game on ESPN2 and in high definition on ESPN2 HD.  The game will be simulcast on ESPN360.com and on ESPN Mobile TV.  The Rush will be led by two-time AFL Champion quarterback Sherdrick Bonner and wide receiver Damian Harrell, who is in the league’s top 10 in both receiving yards (11,881) and touchdowns (13).  The Avengers will be led by quarterback Sonny Cumbie who threw for three touchdowns last week and wide receiver Kevin Ingram who led the Avengers with 11 catches for 115 yards and two touchdowns.

2008 NBA Draft Lottery


ESPN will present exclusive coverage of the 2008 NBA Draft Lottery Tuesday, May 20, at 8 p.m., with host Mark Jones, analyst Jay Bilas and reporter Doris Burke from Secaucus, N.J.  Addtional coverage includes
a one-hour SportsCenter NBA Draft Lottery Special at 1:30 p.m. on ESPN with host Rece Davis, analyst Greg Anthony, reporter Chris Broussard and guest analyst Jerry Stackhouse, a member of the 2007-08 Dallas Mavericks. 

Indy 500 on ABC

ESPN on ABC’s live, high definition telecast of the 92nd running of the Indianapolis 500 is the highlight of ESPN’s multi-platform coverage of The Month of May at Indy. The race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway will be run on Sunday, May 25, with ABC’s telecast to start at noon ET, following a one-hour pre-race on ESPN2.  ABC is covering the Indianapolis 500 for the 44th year in 2008, extending the second-longest relationship in television history between a sporting event and television network.  Conference Call Tuesday, May 20
